Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

• Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

• Gift cards or promotional items

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@naturegriptools.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
